Wild Ginger Restaurant New York

The Wild Ginger Restaurant in New York

We had been highly recommended to try the Wild Ginger Restaurant at 380 Broome Street, N.Y., which serves a pan-asian completly vegetarian menu, with only a few items marked as 'Non Vegan'
I started with their pan-fried vegetable dumblings, while my wife had tofu-skin wraps filled with vegetables and served with a tangy sauce. My main course was a sizzling metal plate piled high with soya meat and vegetables. My wife enjoyed sauteed shredded bean curd with peppers, bean sprouts and soya ham.
The meal was simply brilliant, one of the best it has ever been my pleasure to eat.
The restaurant is not huge, so to be sure of getting a table, book ahead on + 1 212 966 1883 and be sure to visit their Internet site at http://www.wildgingernyc.com
Our non-vegetarian guests who accompanied us were very impressed and said they would definitely come again!
